Labor Law

Employment advisory and litigation, with a focus on the specifics of maritime, port and offshore work.

Labor Law tailored to the reality of those building a career at sea and in the port, as well as to the broader universe of labor relations. Before joining the bar , I dedicated more than 25 years to the operational routine of the maritime and port sector—in embarkation schedules, team management, and the daily life of the quay—which grants my legal practice an interpretation grounded in practice, rather than solely in procedural technique. This trajectory allows me to recognize with precision the particularities of an irregular scale, a suppressed allowance, or a leave resulting from an accident. We equally represent employers and workers from other sectors, maintaining the same standard of technical rigor.

Maritime and Port Worker

  • Workplace accident indemnities on board or at port — accidents involving crew members, waterborne workers, and port workers , including leave, disability, and death.

  • Allowances and specific benefits — port risk allowance, hazard pay , unhealthy conditions allowance , embarkation allowance, and other benefits typical of maritime and port activities.

  • Casual labor and OGMO — registration, dispatching , remuneration, and rights of the casual port worker.

  • Working hours and embarkation regimes — control of working hours, standby, and special embarkation and disembarkation regimes for crew members.

  • Special retirement — guidance and defense in special retirement claims for waterborne and port workers exposed to harmful agents.
